ChairTribe is a job marketplace platform that connects beauty and wellness professionals with businesses seeking to hire. Our services include job listings, candidate profiles, chair rental listings, and messaging between users.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You may not share your account with others
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
5. Fees and Payments
Certain services on ChairTribe require payment. Job postings are $20 per listing and remain active for 30 days. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

All content and materials on ChairTribe, including logos, designs, and software, are owned by ChairTribe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ChairTribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content or the outcome of any hiring decisions made through our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
ChairTribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
